1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 83jl platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 83jl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 83jl Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 83jl ("83jl," "we," "us," or "our"). Your continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 83jl recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The 83jl Platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 83jl reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The 83jl Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 83jl makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

2.3 One Account Per User. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 83jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 83jl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 83jl may require you to submit identity verification documents (such as a government-issued ID) before processing withdrawals or as part of ongoing compliance obligations.

2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or use the 83jl Platform: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of 83jl or its affiliated companies; (c) individuals who have been self-excluded from the Platform; and (d) individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 83jl login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. 83jl will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or SMS.

3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify 83jl immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 83jl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your 83jl account, whether or not authorized by you. 83jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if it suspects unauthorized access or fraudulent activity.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Methods. 83jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and direct bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards are also accepted for deposits.

4.2 Currency. All transactions on the 83jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 83jl does not charge currency conversion fees, as all balances are maintained in PHP.

4.3 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. 83jl reserves the right to modify minimum transaction thresholds with reasonable notice to users.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. Processing times vary by payment method but 83jl endeavors to process all approved withdrawals promptly.

4.5 Player Funds. Player funds are held in accounts segregated from 83jl's operational funds. This segregation ensures that your balance remains available for withdrawal at all times, independent of 83jl's financial position.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 83jl is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. 83jl reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account and to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by law.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 General. 83jl may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible users from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. 83jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to a user's account.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the 83jl Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing any third party to use your account;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's normal operation.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 83jl Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface elements — is the property of 83jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 83jl.

8. Responsible Gaming

83jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all users of the Platform. The following provisions reflect 83jl's obligations and your rights with respect to responsible gaming:

• Age Verification: 83jl strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will suspend any account where underage gambling is suspected.
• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a cooling-off period.

9.3 In no event shall 83jl's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 83jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 83jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

83jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 83jl will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and 83jl, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through 83jl's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines.

11.3 PAGCOR Complaints. If you believe that 83jl has acted in violation of its regulatory obligations, you may file a complaint with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the regulatory body overseeing licensed online gaming operations in the Philippines.
